Scope
These Terms govern bookings for tours/experiences purchased via our website (WooCommerce).
Pricing & currency
Base currency JPY (0 decimals). We may display/charge in other currencies via WooPayments; minor FX differences may occur.
Booking & contract formation
A contract is formed when we send your booking confirmation email.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate information; comply with local laws; ensure visas/insurance where required; be punctual at meeting points.
Cancellations by customer (fees)
11+ days prior: 0%
10–8 days prior: 20%
7–3 days prior: 30%
2 days prior: 60%
1 day prior (previous day): 80%
Same day / no‑show: 100%
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchange‑rate differences and third‑party processing fees are not refundable.
Changes/cancellations by us
For safety, weather, force majeure, guide illness, or minimum participants not met: we’ll offer rebooking or full refund.
Age, safety & conduct
Children policies as shown on each product. We may refuse service for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Accessibility

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the price paid for the affected service.
Governing law & jurisdiction
Japan law applies; Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
