Every tour includes an interpreter-guide fluent in English and Japanese, plus hotel pickup and return. Not included: transportation costs, food and beverages, admission fees, and personal expenses. This keeps pricing transparent so you pay for exactly what you consume.
Cancel 11 or more days before your tour for a full refund. 10 to 8 days before is 20 percent, 7 to 3 days is 30 percent, 2 days before is 60 percent, the day before is 80 percent, and same day or no-show is 100 percent.

We design an optimized route sent to you 24 hours before, and your guide executes it flawlessly. Our founder Eriko has explored all 47 Japanese prefectures, and that depth of local knowledge flows into every route we design.
Standard tours welcome 1 to 7 guests. Base price includes up to 2 adults, with an additional ¥5,000 per person from the 3rd guest. Children aged 3 and under join free, up to 3 infants. For larger groups of up to 20 people, use and we'll design a custom experience with tailored pricing.
Not at all. Your guide is a professional interpreter who handles communication from ordering food to navigating stations. They do more than translate words. They explain the cultural context behind what you see.
Your guide adapts in real-time. Rain, unexpected crowds, or a closure are part of the reason private guiding works so well. We build routes with alternatives so your day keeps flowing.
Yes. We offer journeys to Kamakura, Nikko, and Yokohama. Each departs from and returns to your Tokyo hotel.
